Air separation equipment is a device to produce medical or industrial oxygen from the air by deep freezing. The process adopts the deep freezing cycle principle of the low pressure turbine expander, so that the air becomes a liquid state, and then according to the boiling point of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, it is distilled in the fractionating tower, so as to obtain more than 99.6% of industrial or medical oxygen. The liquid oxygen is compressed to 15Mpa by the liquid oxygen pump and vaporized, and the cold amount is recovered before being filled with bottles.
