Air Separation Plant is a complete set of the plant using air as raw material which separates nitrogen and oxygen by means of cryogenic rectification. From the liquefied air formed with deep refrigeration.

The characteristics of the main unit:
1.Main air compressor
Air compressor is screw air compressor, use centrifugal compressors manufactured by world famous brand, IHI, or Atlas, etc. Flexible and convenient operation,stable operation and low energy consumption.
2.Air pre-cooling system
(1) Freon/air heat exchanging pre-cooling system, the unit is stable and very easy to maintain, high & low pressure and overheat self-protection function to make sure the operation is safer and more reliable.
(2) Skid closed structure with little area occupation
(3) Equipped with imported Freon compressor for high efficiency and reliable running
(4) After the pre-cooling unit increase independent water separator to separate the free water in the air more effectively, decrease working loading of air purifying system.
(5) The pre-cooling units have real-time display operation characteristics.
3.Air purification system
(1) Remove dangerous impurities contained in the air before entering the cold box and brings complete safety for a long operating time without any necessary defrosting
(2) With Temperature Swing Adsorption system the total air flow is treated on alumina layer for water elimination and then on the molecular sieve which stop carbon dioxide (CO2), moisture (H2O), acetylene, (C2H2).
(3) Use double layer system, very effectively protects the layer of the molecular sieve.
(4) High strength, large dynamic adsorption capacity, long service life.
4.Air separation system (cold box)
(1) Use complete rectifying process to produce oxygen, as per plant design and customer’s requirements
(2)Using gas bearing cold expansion mechanism, aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger heat transfer of low pressure are flow expansion process,Greatly improve the stability, security and reliability of the device operation .
(3) Fractionating column used in aluminum sieve plate tower to improve the efficiency of the plate rectification, increase the oxygen and nitrogen extraction.
(4) Skid structure and small size for easy mount, transportation, and repair.
(5) With high rotation speed and adiabatic efficiency.
(6) Heat exchanger adopt large cross section of vacuum brazing aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger,High heat exchange efficiency,small temperature difference,it can effectively reduce the cooling loss and reduce energy consumption。
5. Turbine expansion unit
(1) Adopt advanced design and processing software to achieve the best performance,
(2) The turbo expansion machine operates steady; minimizes the effect of solid heat-conduction. It is of vertical installation structure, easy to dismount.
