一、Device process characteristics
1, Air compressor
Air compressor adopts oil injection screw compressor, stable operation, high operation rate, less friction parts, less maintenance costs and personnel
2. Pre-cooling unit
Adopt fully enclosed imported compressor, the refrigerant never leaks, efficient water separator and imported automatic drainage device, to ensure that the outlet air has no liquid water. With imported refrigeration components, the equipment can operate continuously year after year and has a long service life. There are remote signal interface of air inlet and outlet temperature, remote open and shut down signal and equipment operation fault signal on the equipment, which is convenient for the user to chain monitoring. The machine is box structure, no foundation installation, it's very convenient for installation.
3. Purifier
The purifier adopts double adsorption cylinder structure, one running, the other regeneration, to ensure that the air into the tower is clean, so that the whole fractionation tower running time is longer. A In order to prevent the regeneration temperature from being too high, when the nitrogen temperature at the outlet of the heater is higher than 220℃, the power supply of the heater will be disconnected automatically. When the outlet temperature is lower than 180℃, the power supply will be switched on automatically. B When the temperature of regenerated nitrogen reaches 100℃-110℃, the heating power will be disconnected automatically. (Temperature can be set according to the situation)
4. Expansion unit
The equipment adopts turbo expander cycle refrigeration process, lubrication oil pressure expansion unit, oil lubrication expander in the running stability and change in thermal efficiency is higher than the gas bearing expander, it can significantly reduce the gas displacement of air compressor, reduce energy consumption, and protect the environment.
5, Fractionation tower
The fractionating tower adopts aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger, which improves the heat exchange effect and reduces the operating pressure, so as to minimize the power consumption and save the cost. Cold box is equipped with instrument panel. tower temperature, flow, liquid level and other data use digital display instrument, intuitive, beautiful and generous.
